Grow Caps allow you to return quickly to certain places you've visited before in the Castle. You get them from Grow Cap Dispensers (they look like overgrown dino-gumball machines.) When activated a cap will zip you back to its place of origin.
Tip: Since Grow Caps are expended once you use them, you'll want to stash extras back in Your Room.
